ETIV is an initiative to connect the eye tracking users in Vienna. This platform will support knowledge exchange as well as foster cross discipline interaction on multiple levels.
Many different types of eye tracking devices exist, for remote as well as mobile scenarios. The same holds also for the software. Many of us are developing case specific software modules that could be shared among us. Furthermore, experience exchange with various systems might help make the right decision during the set up of an eye tracking lab. System or software specific topics are two examples of possible discussions during the meetings.
In order to foster an interdisciplinary network, short presentations are always welcome. The main aim of these presentations should be the introduction of the own research/working field to the rest of the members.
